What people ask on the first call.

What does a fractional marketing team cost?
Plans start at CHF 5,000 a month, less than one senior hire costs in year one. The fee depends on how much of the five areas you need. No setup fee, no minimum term beyond the first month.
What is included every month?
A strategist who runs the account, a weekly check-in, and an agreed list of deliverables across video, content, design and ads. Shoot days, ad spend and print are billed separately and always agreed first.
How fast can you start?
Kickoff is usually the Monday after the call, first deliverables in week two. A hire takes six to twelve weeks of search plus one to three months notice under OR Art. 335c or BGB §622.
Who will I be working with?
The same people every week. A named strategist is your one contact, backed by Von Peach employees across global time zones. Nothing is passed to freelancers.
How is this different from an agency?
An agency sells projects and hours. We run the function: a rolling plan, weekly rhythm, one invoice, the same people every month. You do not brief us per job.
How is this different from a fractional CMO?
A fractional CMO gives direction a few days a month. You get the direction and the hands: the strategist decides what should be made and the team makes it.
Do you use AI?
Yes, for research, first drafts and editing. Every piece is signed off by a named person on our team.
What if it is not working?
Thirty days notice, no penalties. You keep everything we made, including source files and ad accounts.
Where is the full cost breakdown?
The calculator above shows every line with its source. For notice period rules across DACH and role by role benchmarks, see our fractional marketing and marketer cost guides.
